How To Behave With Your Recruiter ?

Jeff Moore, Lead Engineering Recruiter at Google shares some of the Do's and Dont's on the Google For Students blog.

The Do's :

• Being confident and assertive about your goals and what you are looking for in the job.

• Express your personality and sense of humour.

• Ask some questions about their organization to your recruiters.

The Dont's :

• Never say things like “I’m not sure,” “I’m up for anything,” “I don’t care what I do.”

• Be Unprofessional. Remember, its all about your career.

• Make assumptions about their minds. Be thoughtful and genuine.

• Stress. Be relaxed and calm.
