Where's Gujarat Medical University?

All engineering colleges in Gujarat are now under the Gujarat
Technological University(GTU) except the Deemed Universities like
Nirma, DAIICT-Gandhinagar, SVNIT-Surat, etc. But why no such common
university for medical colleges in Gujarat?
